    • A method of winding fiber and a method of preparing aramid fiber using the same is disclosed, which is capable of stably maintaining a winding shape of fiber by optimally adjusting a winding ratio according to a fineness of fiber, and enabling smoothness in unwinding process, wherein the method of winding fiber comprises preparing a winding tube revolving on a predetermined axis, and a guide reciprocating between both ends of the winding tube; guiding a predetermined fiber to the winding tube by the guide; revolving the winding tube on the predetermined axis; and winding the predetermined fiber by reciprocating the guide between the both ends of the winding tube at a winding ratio which is adjusted within a range satisfying '2.1 0.1 + Log(fineness 0.5 ) 0.1 ≤ 2.2', wherein the winding ratio indicates a rotational frequency of the winding tube for a period of moving the guide from one end of the winding tube to the other end of the winding tube, and the fineness indicates a denier of the fiber.
