摘要： The present invention relates to a semi- IPN (interpenetrating polymer network) type solid polymer electrolyte composition containing a cyclotriphosphazene-based crosslinking agent and a plasticizer. Since the crosslinking agent according to the invention forms a semi-IPN (Interpenetrating Polymer Network) type three dimensional network structure and the solid polymer electrolyte composition containing the crosslinking agent of the invention lowers crystallization of an ethyleneoxide group of a plasticizer side chain even at low temperature, ion conductivity is dramatically improved. In addition, the invention can be used as a solid polymer electrolyte such as a lithium-polymer secondary battery, a dye-sensitized solar cell, a fuel cell, etc. due to excellent electrochemical and thermal stability.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a process and apparatus for separating an olefin from mixed gases containing light olefins. The process comprises: adsorbing the olefin of an olefin-containing mixed gas in an adsorption column packed with an adsorbent that selectively adsorbs the olefin; discharging gases other than the olefin through the outlet of the adsorption column; desorbing the adsorbed olefin by displacement using a desorbent, and separating the olefin from the desorbent, thereby producing a high-purity olefin. The apparatus comprises a plurality of adsorption columns packed with an adsorbent that selectively adsorbs an olefin, and at least two distillation columns for separating an olefin/desorbent mixture and an olefin poor stream/desorbent into their components. If the olefin concentration of the off-gas from an olefin rinse step is higher than that of a raw material gas, a recovery step of recovering the olefin from the off-gas is carried out before or after the adsorption step.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling the transmission power of a base station in a wireless communication system, in which the signal-to-noise ratio for a target component carrier is calculated, and, if the signal-to-noise ratio is lower than a preset threshold value, a preset transmission power is increased or a request for reducing the transmission power is sent to a neighboring base station, to thereby recover the signal-to-noise ratio to a level higher than the threshold value. According to the present invention, inter-cell interference is prevented and channel utilization is improved in a wireless communication system, thus achieving the improved performance of the wireless communication system.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for concentrating and recovering ethylene from the off-gas from an apparatus which produces gasoline, propylene and the like by fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) of heavy oils such as atmospheric residue, generated in a crude oil refining process. The method and apparatus can reduce the amount of ethylene rinse in the subsequent ethylene displacement desorption process by increasing the ethylene purity of a raw material gas and reducing the concentration of weakly adsorbing components in the raw material gas and can reduce the loss of a desorbent during a distillation process for separating the desorbent from the weakly adsorbing components. Thus, according to the present invention, ethylene can be recovered from the off-gas from fluidized catalytic cracking of heavy oils at high concentration and low cost.
