    • The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for locking data symbols. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is an apparatus for locking data symbols, comprising: a switch unit which receives, from a parallelizing unit, N-bit parallel data delayed by M bits (where M is smaller than N), and outputs a predetermined switch signal for indicating M; and a data-sorting unit including a shift circuit block and a sorting circuit block, wherein the shift circuit block receives parallel data and the switch signal, and outputs shift data in which data corresponding to each bit of the delayed M bit portion from among the parallel data are parallel-shifted to the data corresponding to the respective bits of the immediately preceding clock, wherein the sorting circuit block receives the shift data and the switch signal, and outputs sorting data in which the shift data are circularly shifted by M bits.

    • A combustion gas cleaning system is disclosed, which includes a water jet unit, a waste water collection tank, a waste water heating unit, a waste water separation tank, a waste sludge incineration unit, and an automated controller which controls the overall operations of the above parts. Since the water jet unit comprises a plurality of nozzles mounted in a multistage arrangement annularIy along an inner circumference of a chimney to jet water toward the center of the chimney, a hot combustion gas exhausted through a chimney can be cooled, and exhaustion of toxic substances can be prevented by cleaning the toxic substances through water adsorption. In addition, the combustion gas cleaning system is capable of effectively removing toxic substances from a combustion gas and thereby preventing exhaustion of the toxic substances through a chimney. Also, by recycling the waste water adsorbing toxic substances from a combustion gas such that no waste water is discharged to the outside, environmental pollution caused by the waste water can be prevented, while saving the cost by minimizing water consumption.
