摘要： A cooking temperature detector comprises a first and a second portion; one portion of said two portions comprising a remote temperature sensor in turn comprising an element for capturing information from the outside and relating to a temperature to be measured, and the other portion of said two portions comprising a supporting member that supports the portion comprising the temperature sensor. The two portions comprise releasable connection means which cooperate to enable the two portions to be connected and disconnected to and from each other.
