摘要： The present invention provides an ultrasonic bonding method using an adhesive film, comprising the following steps: (a) allowing an adhesive film to be in contact with a first member to be bonded; and (b) allowing a second member to be bonded to come into contact with the adhesive film in contact with the first member to be bonded, and melting or curing the adhesive film by using an ultrasonic generator to bond the first member to be bonded and the second member to be bonded. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a bonding method capable of remarkably improving an adhesive force between a first member to be bonded and a second member to be bonded without change in the appearance and quality of the first member to be bonded and the second member to be bonded, through selective melting of an adhesive film by using an ultrasonic bonding method using an adhesive film.

The apparatus includes a cover(7) configured to receive fluid therein, a rotating unit(3) coupled to a shaft(91) so as to be rotated along with the shaft penetrated through the rotating unit, the rotating unit including a first coupler(31). The apparatus further includes a first sealing unit(4) located inside the cover and interposed between one side of the first coupler and one side of the cover, and a sealing piece(6) interposed in a contact interface between the rotating unit and the shaft. The apparatus completely prevents seawater from being introduced into an engine room, thereby preventing generation of bilge water and achieving an extended lifespan thereof without damage.

摘要： The present invention provides a device for laminating, which is a device for laminating by means of thermal bonding of an electrode assembly having a structure in which an anode and a cathode are consecutively stacked with a separation film therebetween, and comprises: an inlet portion into which a web having a structure in which the anode, the separation film, and the cathode are stacked; a heating portion for heating the web and inducing thermal bonding between the anode, the separation film, and the cathode; a discharge portion for discharging the thermal bonded web; and a transferring portion for transferring the web via the inlet portion, the heating portion, and the discharge portion, wherein the transferring portion provides transfer driving force to the web while being in contact with either the upper surface or the lower surface of the web, and wherein the heating portion directly heats the area where the transferring portion contacts the web, so as to deliver energy for thermal bonding to the web.

The polyolefin composition of the present invention for an interior sheet comprises 70 to 99 wt % of polyolefin and 1 to 30 wt % of modified polyethylene terephthalate having a melting point of 130 to 180°C. The polyolefin composition of the present invention is environmentally friendly and has good physical properties such as workability, printing characteristics, and adhesiveness. In addition, sheets having various thicknesses can be produced by extrusion without having to stretch the sheets, and thus the sheets can be used separately or in combination in various application fields.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a polyolefin sheet using: a rotation belt that can be positioned so as to have sheet-like shape to receive heated and melted polyolefin flowing out through an extrusion outlet; and a roller device comprising a plurality of rollers (cooling rollers) rotatably arranged in a circle and contacting the inner surface of the rotation belt such that the rotation belt can be rotated in a circular motion and cooled, wherein the temperature of the cooling rollers is set to a value of 40 to 120°C according to a desired thickness of a polyolefin sheet, the temperature of the rollers is kept at the set value ±5°C, and the linear velocity of the outflow of the melted polyolefin and the velocities of the rotation belt and the rollers are kept substantially equal, so as to fabricate a polyolefin sheet having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.45 mm and a width of 1,100 to 1,700 mm. According to the present invention, a smooth polyolefin sheet can be fabricated, the thickness of which hardly deviates.
