摘要： Disclosed is a colored heat transfer fluid, the heat transfer fluid comprising a non-conductive colorant and having a conductivity of less than 200 µS/cm. Also provided is an assembly comprising an alternative power source and a heat transfer system in thermal communication with the alternative power source, the heat transfer system comprising the disclosed low conductivity colored heat transfer fluid. In addition, a method of making a colored heat transfer fluid is disclosed wherein the disclosed nonconductive colorants are added to a heat transfer fluid having a conductivity of less than 200 µS/cm.

摘要： Disclosed is a pre-treated ion exchange resin comprising at least 15% by total number of exchangeable groups comprising at least one of an ion, or a Lewis acid, or a Lewis base resulting from a heat transfer fluid component having a pK a or pK b of greater than 5 in an aqueous solution at 25 ° C, based on the total number of exchangeable groups. In one embodiment, the heat transfer fluid component is at least one of a colorant, a corrosion inhibitor, an antifoaming agent, a bitterant, a dispersant, or a combination thereof. In one embodiment, the heat transfer fluid component comprises a heat transfer fluid corrosion inhibitor. Also disclosed are heat transfer systems, assemblies, fuel cell systems and methods of maintaining a conductivity of less than 200 µS/cm in a heat transfer fluid that employ the disclosed pre-treated ion exchange resins.

摘要： Disclosed are coolants comprising brazed metal corrosion inhibitors. 摘要： Disclosed is a corrosion inhibitor for use in heat transfer fluids having a conductivity of less than 200 µS/cm, the corrosion inhibitor having an azole compound, and at least one of a siloxane based surfactant, colloidal silica, or a mixture thereof. Also disclosed is a corrosion inhibiting heat transfer fluid, the heat 10 transfer fluid having a conductivity of no more than or equal to 200 µS/cm and comprising the disclosed corrosion inhibitor. Also provided is an assembly comprising an alternative power source and a heat transfer system in thermal communication with the alternative power source, the heat transfer system comprising the disclosed corrosion inhibiting heat transfer fluid. In addition, a method of making a corrosion inhibiting heat transfer fluid is disclosed wherein the disclosed corrosion inhibitor is added to heat transfer fluid having a conductivity of less than 200 µS/cm.

The cleaner-passivator comprises a complexing agent, a surfactant, a corrosion inhibitor, and a solvent. The cleaner-passivator reduces the contaminants circulating in the fuel cell coolant system that contribute to increasing conductivity in the fuel cell coolant. In addition, the passivator reduces the surface corrosion in the fuel cell system.
