摘要： The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for treating diseases and conditions caused by ischemia. The pharmaceutical compositions contain a conjugate of a phospholipase (PL) polypeptide and a protein transduction domain (PTD). PLC-d plays a major role in the regulation of cytosolic calcium levels. During myocardial ischemia, cytosolic calcium accumulation mediates pathogenic changes. According to the present invention, ischemic diseases or conditions leading to hypoxia in tissues, such as the heart and the brain, can be prevented or alleviated by administration of a PTD-PL conjugate.

摘要： The present invention relates to the use of a PTK inhibitor for inducing the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into cardiogenic cells, and to a pharmaceutical composition for treating cardiac diseases, which includes cardiogenic cells, the differentiation from mesenchymal stem cells of which was induced by the PTK inhibitor. The transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells to the heart provides immunological and functional improvements, but does not provide electrical stability. However, the mesenchymal stem cells treated with PTK inhibitors are induced to be differentiated into cardiogenic cells to provide electrical stability as the electromechanical integration with host heart tissue is improved, and it is thus possible to effectively treat cardiac diseases such as cardiac infarction, cardiac insufficiency, and arrhythmia.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for producing a drug-coated stent and to a drug-coated stent produced by the method. The method comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a stent; (b) spray-coating the stent prepared in step (a) with a coating liquid in which biodegradable polymers and drugs are dissolved in a solvent; and (c) leaving the stent on which a coating layer is formed in step (b), under organic solvent vapors to anneal the coated surface. The method of the present invention produces a drug-coated stent which avoids long-term residue of drugs in the part of the body in which the stent is used, and which has a surface with a flat and uniform coating layer. Particularly, inner and outer surfaces of the stent of the present invention can be partially differently coated so as to achieve maximized stability with a human body.
