    • A vent 110 and shutoff valve 104 is provided, including an upper portion with an inlet 213, 602 for receiving fluid and an outlet 207 for venting vapors. The upper portion mounts to an outer surface of a fuel tank 102. The lower portion extends into the fuel tank 102. The lower portion includes an elongated tubular valve housing 111, and a sliding sleeve housing 202 disposed within the valve housing 111 that defines a fluid pathway. The sliding sleeve housing 202 includes a bypass port 113 that fluidly couples the fluid pathway with a fluid channel 214 formed between an outer surface of the sliding sleeve housing 202 and an inner surface of the valve housing 111. The lower portion also includes a sliding sleeve 120 disposed within the sliding sleeve housing 202 that forms a fluid chamber. The fluid chamber is fluidly coupled with the fluid channel 214.

    • A non-pressure valve 104 is provided, and includes a tubular housing having an inlet 204 and an outlet 206. The tubular housing forms a fluid flow path. The non-pressure valve 104 also includes a sliding sleeve 210 coupled with the outlet 206, a spring 214 disposed between the sliding sleeve 210 and the tubular housing, and a flow-through mount disposed within the tubular housing adjacent the sliding sleeve 210. The flow-through mount is coupled with a bulb 122. The bulb 122 is configured to engage the sliding sleeve 210 and impede the flow of fuel. The non-pressure valve 104 also includes a hose 112 fluidly coupling the non-pressure valve 104 with a remote fuel vent. The flow-through mount may include a plurality of bypass openings 310 positioned in the fluid flow path and configured to divert a portion of the fuel flow through a hose 112 to the remote fuel vent.

    • An apparatus and system are disclosed for fluid transfer. The apparatus includes a fluid nozzle (102) having a nozzle base (106). A poppet (104) is rigidly coupled with the nozzle base (106). The poppet (104) includes a poppet end surface (306). The fluid nozzle (102) also includes a seal ring (118) having a seal ring end surface (308) disposed between a pull-back collar end surface (304) and the poppet end surface (306). The seal ring (118) is moveable between a first position that prevents fluid flow through the fluid nozzle, and a second position that forms an annular fluid outlet that allows fluid flow through the fluid nozzle (102). The fluid nozzle (102) also includes a tubular ball ring (116) disposed around an outer surface of the seal ring (118). The ball ring (116) includes at least one opening (206) for housing a tumbler 404, which is configured to engage a surface feature (408) of a keyed receiver (101). The system includes the keyed receiver (101) and the fluid nozzle (102).
