    • A refuelling method is described comprising instructing a refuelling operator to dispense a quantity of fuel to, for example, an aircraft, and maintaining, during dispensing of the fuel, at least intermittent, substantially real time communication with an officer responsible for the aircraft to advise the officer of the status of the refuelling process. A system is also described comprising a refuelling module (18) and an officer module (22), the refuelling module (18) being configured to receive instructions to dispense a quantity of fuel to an aircraft, an at least intermittent, substantially real time communications link being maintained between the refuelling module (18) and the officer module (22) during dispensing of fuel to the aircraft, the refuelling module (18) being adapted to transmit to the officer module (20) information relating to the status of the refuelling process, and the officer module (20) being adapted to display to an output indicative of the status of the refuelling process. The method and system permits modification of the instruction during refuelling.

    • A coupling comprising a first body member and a second body member. The first and second body members are operative to releasably connect together. The first and second body members define a fluid flow path therein when the first and second body members are connected together. The first and second body members are operative to disconnect from one another in response to a predetermined tensile force. At least one valve member is disposed within at least one of the first and second body members and is movable from an open position to a closed position with respect to the fluid flow path upon disconnection of the first body member from the second body member.     • Described herein are methods, devices, and systems for use in filtering hydrocarbons to remove impurities, particulates, and contaminate using an elongated tube to reduce or avoid significant damage to the fuel system and other critical operative components of a vehicle. Fuel delivery systems contain highly sensitive components. Modern consumer vehicles are equipped with a rather uniform fuel system in which many of these critical components are susceptible to fuel impurities, containment's, particulates, and the like. In fact, one of the leading causes of fuel system failures in vehicles is due to particulates in fuel which cause substantial harm to the operation and results i inefficient performance of vehicles.
