摘要： The present invention provides an RF switch, including a diode adapted to operate as a switch when a control current is applied thereto, a first CRLH transmission line of a Φ degree phase, which provides one signal transfer path from a terminal 1 to a terminal 2 when the diode is shorted due to application of a control current, and a second CRLH transmission line of a Φ-180 degree phase, which has a 180 degree phase difference from that of the first CRLH transmission line and provides the other signal transfer path from the terminal 1 to the terminal 2. The present invention provides an RF switch having a broad-band characteristic by employing a CRLH transmission line. More specifically, the present invention provides a ring-shaped RF switch, which has a broad-band characteristic and can also be miniaturized at a low frequency band, by employing a CRLH transmission line having a 180 degree phase difference in a broad band.

摘要： The present invention relates to a power divider and a power combiner employing dual band-Composite Right/Left-Handed (CRLH) transmission lines. A power divider including an input terminal and two output terminals according to the present invention includes two transmission lines each having two terminals connected to the input terminal and the output terminals, respectively, and two short-stubs having one terminals connected to the output terminals, respectively, and the other terminals connected to grounds. The transmission line may employ a first dual band-CRLH transmission line having a double value of a termination impedance, which is substantially connected to the output terminal, as a characteristic impedance, and the short-stub may employ a second dual band-CRLH transmission line, which has substantially the same value as that of the termination impedance as a characteristic impedance. The first dual band-CRLH transmission line and the second dual band-CRLH transmission line generate phase delay of 90 degrees in a high frequency band and phase delay of -90 degrees in a low frequency band with respect to an input signal.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for providing a bandwidth of a cognitive radio system. An apparatus and method for providing a bandwidth of a cognitive radio system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention calculates an oscillation frequency of a local signal that changes, by a predetermined value, center frequencies of fractional bands as bands that are not used temporally and spatially in partial bands of an externally provided broadcasting channel band. The apparatus and method for providing a bandwidth of a cognitive radio system outputs a first local signal at the calculated oscillation frequency, mixes the output first local signal and an external signal, and moves center frequencies of fractional bands of the external signal by a predetermined value. The apparatus and method for providing a bandwidth of a cognitive radio system filters a frequency band that is higher than an upper limit of a pass band having a predetermined bandwidth among moved frequency bands of the fractional bands to extract a first signal. Then, the apparatus and method for providing a bandwidth of a cognitive radio system mixes the extracted first signal and a second local signal and moves the center frequencies of the fractional bands in the first signal. The apparatus and method for providing a bandwidth of a cognitive radio system filters a frequency band that is lower than a lower limit of the pass band among the moved frequency bands of the fractional bands to extract at least one fractional band. The apparatus and method for providing a bandwidth of a cognitive radio system provides the extracted fractional band to a terminal and a base station, thereby improving frequency utilization efficiency.
