摘要： User interface systems for sterile fields and other working environments are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a user interface system can include a projector that projects a graphical user interface onto a data board or other substrate disposed within a working environment. The system can also include a camera or other sensor that detects user interaction with the data board or substrate. Detected user interactions can be processed or interpreted by a controller that interfaces with equipment disposed outside of the working environment, thereby allowing user interaction with such equipment from within the working environment. The data board can be an inexpensive, disposable, single-use component of the system that can be easily sterilized or another component suitably prepared for use in a sterile field.

摘要： A refractory roll cover is described that reduces the amount of noxious dust during the production of glass sheet. The roll cover comprises a plurality of segments, including low dusting millboard segments mechanically supported by highly rigidized compressed fiber segments. The millboard segments are adapted to contact the glass sheet. The millboard is chosen so that any dust produced has little affinity for the glass sheet or is not easily fluidized by convective currents. The highly rigidized compressed fiber has a fused surface that releases little dust. The resultant roll cover substantially eliminates dusting while providing a mechanically superior roll cover.

摘要： A method for more efficiently delivering goods to recipients is disclosed herein. Such a method includes obtaining a unique identifier (e.g., tracking number, order number, product number, etc.), wherein the unique identifier is associated with an order of goods intended for delivery to a recipient. The method further includes obtaining an access code for association with the unique identifier. The access code enables a delivery agent to gain access to an enclosure of the recipient for deposit of the goods therein. In certain embodiments, the access code is a temporary access code that expires once the delivery is fulfilled or the enclosure is accessed, thereby reducing the chance of unauthorized access to the enclosure. The method may also enable parameters (e.g., restrictions, constraints, conditions, etc.) with regard to use of the access code to be established. A corresponding system is also disclosed.

摘要： A system for delivering bone cement to a bone anchor includes an anchor connection instrument for releasably connecting to a proximal end of the bone anchor. The anchor connection instrument includes a first member coupled to an opposed second member. The first member and the second member have a distal end configured to releasably connect to the proximal end of the bone anchor. The first member is movable between a release position to facilitate release of the anchor connection instrument from the proximal end of the bone anchor and a connect position in which the first member and the second member connect to the proximal end of the bone anchor. A cement delivery tube is positionable in the passage between the first member and the second member of the anchor connection instrument. A bone cement delivery system is coupled to the tube.
