摘要： A system for illuminating and recording an image of an operative field during a medical procedure is presented. The system includes a first light source assembly, a second light source assembly, and a controller. The first and second light source assemblies include a light source operable to illuminate the operative field, a camera operable to record the image of the operative field, and a sensor operable to detect motion from the light source assemblies. The controller is in communication with the first and second light source assemblies. The controller is configured to send operational commands to the light source assemblies based on feedback from the sensors. One of the operational commands is a recording command. The controller is configured to send the recording command to either the camera in the first or second light source assembly.

摘要： Systems and methods are disclosed herein to a method for presenting topics of conversation during a call comprising: connecting, by a computer, a first device and a second device over a network; opening, by a computer, an audio channel that facilitates audio communication between a first user of the first device and a second user of the second device; receiving, by a computer, an audio stream over the audio channel; analyzing, by a computer, the audio stream to determine spoken words said by either the first or second users; correlating, by a computer, the determined spoken words to determine a topic of conversation; and displaying, by a computer, the topic of conversation in an information post to a remote terminal connected to the network.

摘要： The systems and methods describe herein can track instruments or tools with one or more cameras adapted to view predetermined areas. A memory unit stores video from the one or more cameras. A recognition unit is adapted to recognize identities and positions of instruments or tools in images produced by the one or more cameras. A control unit is adapted to track positions of the instruments or tools, based on an output of the recognition unit and to store the identities and the positions of the instruments or tools in the memory unit. An output unit is adapted to indicate to an operator, the positions of the instruments or tools in the predetermined areas, and to indicate when all of a predetermined set of instruments or tools in the predetermined areas are located within a view of one or more predetermined cameras of the one or more cameras.
