摘要： The present invention concerns a wheelchair (1) having a frame (2) and a seat (3) arranged on the frame (2). In accordance with the invention, the seat (3) is detachable from the frame (2) so that it can be separated from it. In such a manner, with an appropriate lifting device (21, 40; 240) it is possible to lift the patient while he remains comfortably seated. In particular, the lifting device is mounted in a sliding manner with respect to the frame (2) and is activated by means of activation means (22, 23, 25). The lifting device (21, 40; 240) further comprises a support element (50) that connects rigidly the lifting device (21, 40; 240) to the seat (3) so that, as a consequence of a sliding of the lifting device with respect to the frame, the seat is lifted/lowered from/towards the frame itself through the support element (50).
