摘要： A terminal access method is provided by the present invention. The method includes the following steps: obtaining access control level and base station identifier of at least one base station (S101); setting access control level of a terminal according to the access control level of the base station and the base station identifier (S102); transmitting an access request which carries the access control level of the terminal to the base station, enabling the base station to control the access of the terminal according to the access control level of the terminal (S103). A terminal is also provided by the present invention. The terminal includes: a base station access control level and base station identifier obtaining module; a terminal access control level setting module; and an access request transmitting module. The embodiments of the present invention, by setting the access control level of the terminal according to the received access control level of the base station and base station identifier, and transmitting the access request which carries the access control level of the terminal to the base station, enable the base station to control the access of the terminal according to the access control level of the terminal, thus achieving the purpose of that the terminal and the base station lock each other.
