摘要： A Hygienic version of crushing sugar cane juice and vending machine is disclosed. Rollers are provided to pick up and break the cane in to half to avoid overloading torque to the gears and to crush 95% of the juice in a single crush. The juice crushed from the rollers are passed through various set of filters made of S.S mesh. Each filter varies in different microns. After the filtrations it is passed through a specially developed rapid chilling system. The juice is cooled instantaneously to 10-14 deg. Then juice is vended using a solenoid switch controlled by a GSM microcontroller. The controller records the sale of juice in various filling such as 250ml, 500ml&1000ml. It simultaneously transmits data through GSM to the remote location where all machines are monitored at single point.
