    • The invention is related to a multiaxial force/torque sensor assembly comprising a set of at least two sensors each being made of strain gauges (16) each being arranged at a definite angle and distance relatively to each other and each being fixed to a transducer body (10), preferably a metal body, which is direct or indirect mechanically in contact with a printed circuit board (PCB)(12) provided with clearances (13) for each strain gauge (16) and provided with associated electronic components (18) and wiring (17) located on the remaining area of the printed circuit board (12), which will monitor compressive and tensile stresses in the measurement directions of the sensors. Furthermore it refers to a method for assembling a multiaxial force/torque sensor assembly according to at least one of the preceding claims where the sensors each being made of strain gauges (16) comprising the steps of positioning of the strain gauges (16) on the plane measurement surface of a transducer body (11) in a definite arrangement; fixation of the strain gauges (16) to the transducer body (11) by means of adhesives and connecting the gauges to respective conductors by means of electrically bonding.
