    • A paint filling apparatus has a plurality of header portions (2), and one common manifold portion (3) that is capable of supplying a cleaning liquid to each header portion (2). One side of each header portion is attachable to and detachable from a paint cartridge (10), and another side of each header portion is attachable to and detachable from the common manifold portion (3). Each header portion (2) has a paint supply channel for filling a paint into the paint cartridge (10). The paint supply channel of each header portion (2) is constructed of a piping member (23) and a paint channel (2b). An end portion of each header portion (2) is linkable in communication with the inside of the paint cartridge (10), and another end portion thereof is linked in communication with a corresponding one of paint tanks (21) that are provided separately for each of the paint colors. An intermediate portion of each paint supply channel is provided with a paint valve (4) that controls the open-closed state of the upstream side of the paint supply channel.

    • An electrostatic coating apparatus (1) includes: a coating gun (3) spraying a coating material to an object (2); a robot arm (4) displaceably supporting the coating gun (3); and a high-voltage generating device (9) generating high voltage to be applied to the coating gun (3), and adjusting the generated high voltage in such a manner that a discharge current generated between the coating gun (3) and the object (2) is detected. While a, coating material is not sprayed toward the object (2) by the coating gun (3), an electric field is formed from the coating gun (3) toward the object (2) to charge the object (2) with electric charge, and, while high voltage is not applied to the coating gun (3) by the high-voltage generating device (9), the high-voltage generating device (9) is used to detect the discharge current generated between the coating gun (3) and the object (2) on the basis of the electric charge that is charged on the object (2).
