摘要： The present invention relates to a composition comprising an extract of Scrophularia radix for treating and preventing cognitive impairment involved disease and the use thereof. The inventive extract of Scrophularia radix showed potent inhibiting effect on neuronal cell death and the loss of memory and improving effect on the loss of memory. 摘要： Bitter taste masked oral thin film formulations of sildenafil citrate that rapidly dissolve in the oral cavity, are disclosed. By preparing the fast-dissolving oral thin film of compositions, comprising bitter tasting sildenafil citrate and the bitter taste masking agent of sodium hydroxide, sodium bicarbonate or the mixtures thereof, this invention provides a formulation of an excellent fast-dissolving oral thin film which can mask the bitter taste of sildenafil citrate and thus mitigating an unpleasant feelings at time of drug administration.

摘要： This invention relates to composition for film with improved physical properties of edible film and its pharmaceutical preparation for film. This invention provides us with composition for edible film, which consists of hyroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC) and polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol copolymer(PVA-PEG copolymer) and pharmaceutical preparation for edible film containing drugs. Composition for edible film according to this invention enables us to manufacture intended edible film regardless of adding excipients in order to improve physical properties of film. Also, it has high performance on its physical properties, and enables us to manufacture edible film with high dissolution rate in the oral cavity. Furthermore, pharmaceutical preparation for edible film inhibits limitation on contents of drugs due to excipients, and enables us to manufacture pharmaceutical preparation for edible film containing various drugs without improving physical properties by using other excipients, and improves dosage compliance and convenience for various drugs.
