摘要： A toilet attachment (10) comprises a detachable seat (14) and a seat cover (16). A hinge shaft (74) is supported by a pair of struts (72) to project from a housing (12). Hinge portions of the seat (14) and seat cover (16) are provided with C-shaped elastic collars (84), and are snap fitted on the hinge shaft (74). When it is desired to remove the seat and seat cover for the purpose of washing with water and cleaning, they are easily disengaged only by pulling by a hand. When it is desired to mount the seat and seat cover on the housing, the hinge portions are easily snap fitted on the hinge shaft by applying the elastic collars (84) to the hinge shaft (74) and depressing the same. Since the hinge shaft (74) and the struts (72) are exposed from the housing, they can be easily accessed for the purpose of cleaning.

摘要： A double-electroplated steel plate which has on both sides thereof a lower electroplating layer composed of a Zn-Ni alloy containing 0.005 to 5 wt % of one or more of silica, alumina, titanium oxide, magnesia, chromium oxide and zirconium oxide and 10 to 16 wt % of Ni or composed of a Zn-Fe alloy containing 10 to 30 wt % of Fe and an upper electroplating layer composed of an Fe-B alloy containing 0.001 to 3 wt % of B or a high-Fe Fe-Zn alloy containing at least 60 wt % of Fe. The lower layer serves to improve both corrosion and pitting resistances, and the upper layer serves to improve phosphate processability. The amount of the lower electroplating layer is preferably 10 to 50 g/m2 per side, and that of the upper layer is preferably 0.5 to 10 g/m2 per side. When used as an automobile body, this plate does not form craters upon electrodeposition coating and is excellent in both corrosion and pitting resistances even in an uncoated or thinly coated portion.

摘要： A plated steel excellent in coatability which is produced by forming, on the surface of steel plated with pure Zn or Zn alloy, a B (boron)-containing Fe plating or a B-containing Fe-Zn alloy (50 wt % or more in Fe content) plating. The B-containing Fe or Fe-Zn alloy plating serves to stably prevent formation of craters in coating such as electrodeposition coating. The thus plated steel can be used as automobile body materials instead of one having a single-layer pure Zn or Zn alloy (e.g., Zn-Fe alloy, Zn-Ni alloy, etc.) plating which has suffered formation of craters during electrodeposition. The content of B in the Fe plating or Fe-Zn alloy plating is preferably 0.001 to 3 wt %, and the amount of plating is preferably 0.5 to 10 g/m2 (per side) with the Fe plating and 0.2 to 8 g/m2 (per side) with the Fe-Zn alloy plating.

摘要： An assembly failure prevention device capable of effectively preventing assembly failure of assembly members onto a belt member. A tongue support device 20 of an assembly failure prevention device 10 includes a slide plate 40 having a fitting hole 42 conforming to the shape of a specific tongue plate 44. The slide plate 40 is guided by guide rail 28 and guide groove 34, and moves to a predetermined position for passing a webbing belt therethrough. If a wrong tongue plate 40 is fitted in the fitting hole 42, an insertion portion 50 of tongue plate 44 projects from the fitting hole 42. When the slide plate 40 moves in this state, the insertion portion 50 is interfered with by an end portion of the guide rail 28, and is dropped out of the slide plate 40.
