    • The present invention, which relates to a plant construction work, employs a grouped products setting suspension scale structure provided with a first suspension scale capable of being supported freely on a building, a plurality of metal suspension members provided on the first suspension scale, and a second suspension scale supported on the first suspension scale so that the second suspension scale can be moved vertically and adapted to collectively suspend grouped products from the positions distributed in horizontal two-dimensional directions. The present invention employs a plant constructing method using suspension scales, comprising the steps of supporting the second suspension scale at a plurality of portions thereof on the first suspension scale so that the second suspension scale can be vertically moved, supporting in a suspended state a plurality of portions of the grouped products on a plurality of portions, which are distributed in horizontal two-dimensional directions, of the second suspension scale, suspending the first suspension scale by a crane while maintaining mutual positional relations between products, transferring the first suspension scale from the crane onto the building and supporting the suspension scale thereon, and then transferring the grouped products by lowering the second suspension scale, whereby the grouped products are installed in the position of installation thereof.
