    • A television system whose full coloured television signal (EM(t)) is formed by the use of reflex-modulated signals (E3(t)), where, at the transmitting side, the quadrature modulation of subcarrier frequencies in the phases ''0'' and ±(π/2) is effected by means of videosignals (E1-1(t), E1-2(t)) so as to form reflex-modulated signals (E3(t)) on the subcarrier frequencies f chosen so that the required phase differences are obtained in the subcarrier frequencies in the neighbouring lines of the same frame and in the numerically identical lines of the subsequent frames, the thus formed reflex-modulated signals being then transmitted within the time intervals of the full coloured television signal (EM(t)) which are provided for them, whereas, at the receiving side, the packages of the reflex-modulated signals (E3(t)) are discriminated from the received full coloured television signal (EM(t)) and delayed in delay units (11) for time intervals which are multiples of the television scanning durations, after which the delayed and non-delayed packages are multiplied by harmonic signals (U1(t), U2(t)) in multiplying units (121, 122), are algebraically added in an adder (13) and then the modulating videosignals (E1-1(t), E1-2(t)) are discriminated from the signals obtained as a result of said adding.

    • The method for compensation of distortions provides for transmission, as part of the composite television signal, of an additional signal intended to form, during decoding, a signal which would compensate the distortions occuring in the course of reproducing the image of the moving object in the current frame, as well as an auxiliary signal needed for separation of the additional signal during decoding. On the receiving side, correcting signals are formed from the additional signal. A device on the transmitting side comprises an additional subcarrier frequency generator (1), a low frequency filter (2), a unit (5) for delaying the signal for the current frame time, connected to the filter (2), a unit (7) for generating the signal difference of analogous lines of neighbouring frames connected to the filter (2) and to the delaying unit (5), an additional signal structure generating unit (10) connected to the unit (7), a unit (11) for generating a reflex-quadrature-modulated additional signal connected to the unit (10), a unit (14) for modulation of the additional subcarrier frequency by the additional signal, connected to the unit (11) and to the generator, an additional signal commutator (17) connected to the unit (14), a unit (18) for the control of the commutator (17) and a circuit for generating the auxiliary signal.
