摘要： A power supply device for rectifying or blocking reverse current of power from an internal generator provided in a portable electronic equipment, such as, fit electronic equipment to be worn around the arm, by using a unidirectional unit including a diode, a by-pass switch connected in parallel with the diode, and a controller for turning on the by-pass switch when a forward voltage is generated in the diode, thus substantially eliminating the loss accompanied by the forward voltage at the time of power supply. Since the electromotive voltage of the generator which can be internally provided in the above type of electronic equipment ranges from a level substantially the same as the forward voltage to approximately several times the forward voltage, the rectification efficiency may be significantly improved by using the unidirectional unit.
