    • The present invention relates to a slot milling cutter, which comprises a cutting head (1) as well as a fastener (3) integrated with the cutting head, which fastener is intended to be received in a tool coupling, the cutting head (1) being provided with at least two insert seats (5), and cutting inserts (7) being mounted in the insert seats (5). The invention also relates to a cutting insert (7) separately. Characteristic of the present invention is that the insert seats (5) are provided with first serrations (4), that the cutting inserts (7) are provided with second serrations (11), which are arranged on at least one main surface (8) of the cutting inserts (7), that the first and second serrations (4, 11) extend in the axial direction (C-C) of the slot milling cutter, that a stabilization of the cutting insert (7) is effected in the radial direction of the slot milling cutter by co-operation between the first and second serrations (4, 11), and that adjacent to at least one of the insert seats (5), means (14-20) are arranged in order to adjust the position of the appurtenant cutting insert (7) in the axial direction (C-C) of the slot milling cutter.

    • The present invention relates to a rock drill bit (1) for percussive drilling. The drill bit comprises a bit body (2); a head portion (3) defining a longitudinal center axis (CL). The head portion comprises a front face (24) having an outer surface portion (25), and an inner surface portion (26) disposed radially inside of the outer surface portion. The inner surface portion is partially recessed by a cavity (27) with respect to the outer surface portion (25). A plurality of fluid channels (16-18) extends through the head portion and communicates with the cavity (27) for conducting a flushing medium thereto. The inner surface portion (24) comprises a raised portion (28) carrying a plurality of buttons (13-15). An imaginary circle (C) intersects centres of the fluid channels (16-18) and also intersects an equal number of buttons (13).
