摘要： A mobile apparatus and method for monitoring and controlling the detection of stray voltage anomalies is provided. The mobile apparatus is comprised of a detection system unit and an imaging system unit that are configured, respectively, to provide streaming data of electric field measurements and corresponding video image frames of a particular scene being patrolled and examined for anomalies. Data from both the detection system unit and the imagining system unit are synchronized and provided to a video based graphical user interface (VGUI) to enable an operator of the VGUI with a "moving chart" graphical display of electric field strength overlaid on video image frames of a particular location in the scene at the time of the measurement. The VGUI is additionally configured with an audio tone having a pitch that is proportional to the measured electric field strength to alert the operator of a potential anomaly. Upon detection of an anomaly, the operator may employ the use of features available on the VGUI to playback captured signal strength measurements and their corresponding video imagery for purposes of isolating the source of the anomaly.

摘要： A scalable architecture for providing real-time multi-camera distributed video processing and visualization. An exemplary system comprises at least one video capture and storage system for capturing and storing a plurality of input videos, at least one vision based alarm system for detecting and reporting alarm situations or events, and at least one video rendering system (e.g., a video flashlight system) for displaying an alarm situation in a context that speeds up comprehension and response. One advantage of the present architecture is that these systems are all scalable, such that additional sensors (e.g., cameras, motion sensors, infrared sensors, chemical sensors, biological sensors, temperature sensors and like) can be added in large numbers without overwhelming the ability of security forces to comprehend the alarm situation.

摘要： In an immersive surveillance system, videos or other data from a large number of cameras and other sensors is managed and displayed by a video processing system overlaying the data within a rendered 2D or 3D model of a scene. The system has a viewpoint selector configured to allow a user to selectively identify a viewpoint from which to view the site. A video control system receives data identifying the viewpoint and based on the viewpoint automatically selects a subset of the plurality of cameras that is generating video relevant to the view from the viewpoint, and causes video from the subset of cameras to be transmitted to the video processing system. As the viewpoint changes, the cameras communicating with the video processor are changed to hand off to cameras generating relevant video to the new position. Playback in the immersive environment is provided by synchronization of time stamped recordings of video. Navigation of the viewpoint on constrained paths in the model or map-based navigation is also provided.
