    • The present invention relates to an automotive air vent knob and, more specifically, reduces impact sound resulting from the movement of a knob for adjusting the wind direction of an air vent, thereby being capable of enhancing the operating feel and enhancing the quality. The present invention is configured in such a manner that an air vent wing (10) installed on the front surface of an air vent so as to guide the direction of wind being discharged is coupled to an assembly hole (21) of a knob (20), wherein on the front surface of the air vent wing (10) coupled to the knob (20), formed is a forward stopper (11); on the rear surface thereof, formed is a knob fitting groove (12); at the front side within the assembly hole (21) of the knob (20), formed is an assembly groove (22) so that a rubber (30) is assembled thereinto; on the rubber (30), formed is a forward slide groove (31) into which the forward stopper (11) of the air vent wing (10) is fitted and moved; on both ends of the rearward side of the knob (20), formed is a rearward stopper (23) contacting the inner surfaces of both sides of the knob fitting groove (12) of the air vent wing (10). In addition, a movement distance (1) in which the forward stopper (11) of the knob (20) moves left and right along the forward slide groove (31) is formed smaller than a movement distance (L) in which the rearward stopper (23) moves left and right along the knob fitting groove (12) so that the forward stopper (11) first comes into contact with the wall surface of the forward slide groove (31) of the rubber (30). Furthermore, if the forward stopper (11) comes into contact with one wall surface of the forward slide groove (31) of the rubber (30) due to the movement of the knob (20), the rearward stopper (23) is positioned in a state of being spaced apart from one wall surface of the knob fitting groove (12), and if the rearward stopper (23) comes into contact with one wall surface of the knob fitting groove (12), the forward stopper (11) overlaps the wall surface of the forward slide groove (31).

    • The present invention relates to a cover-opening prevention device of a vehicle tray. A prior vehicle tray has the following problems: a locked state of a locking device is unlocked due to a strong external shock if the shock is applied to the tray when a crash or a collision occurs while a vehicle is driven, whereby a cover is opened to cause the articles kept in a tray body to be poured out; and passengers may be injured by the articles that pour out of the tray body. In the cover-opening prevention device of the vehicle tray of the present invention, the vehicle tray comprises: a box-shaped tray body formed with a space for accommodating the articles; a cover rotatively and openably provided on the front of the tray body; and a locking device capable of locking the cover, wherein a knob assembly for unlocking the locked state of the locking device is provided on the front of the cover. The knob assembly comprises: a side knob which is provided on the front of the cover, and moves in a vertical direction; a knob which is connected with the side knob, and locks or unlocks the cover by moving in a vertical direction; a knob support spring which is provided on the upper part of the knob, and elastically supports the knob and the side knob; a knob housing which is fixedly provided on the cover, and supports the vertical movements of the side knob and the knob; a blocking member which is movably provided in a horizontal direction on one upper side of the knob housing; and a blocking member support spring which is provided on one side of the blocking member, and elastically supports the blocking member. The invention enables left-sided movement of the blocking member to be progressed prior to an upward movement of the knob if a sudden external shock is applied to the tray, such that the upward movement of the knob is blocked whereby the opening of the cover is prevented. Thus, the invention is capable of ensuring the safety of passengers and remarkably improving marketability of the vehicle tray.

    • The present invention relates to a cell case that can be easily stacked vertically using a sliding assembly technique. Cell cases (20) of the prior art not only have a high possibility of some cell cases disengaging during assembly, but other problems are manifested as well, such as poor assemblability causing prolonged assembly time, high assembly costs, and much inconvenience when replacing a defective cell case due to the need to disassemble all the cell cases in addition to the defective cell case. A cell case according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of forward-sliding connection parts provided with an insert slot in a lower portion thereof and an insert piece formed at an upper portion thereof so as to project; and a plurality of rearward sliding connection parts provided with an insert slot in a lower portion thereof, an insert projecting piece formed at an upper portion thereof so as to project, and an insert hole in a lower surface thereof, into which an insert projecting piece can be inserted, wherein the cell cases can be connected or separated by being slid and moved forward and rearward. By mounting an upper cell case on top of a lower cell case and moving the upper cell case forward, the upper cell case can be easily assembled, to thereby greatly improve assemblability, greatly reduce assembly time and assembly costs, and reduce the number of parts required for assembly so as to greatly contribute to cost reduction. In addition, when a cell case becomes defective, the cell case can be separated and replaced, thus facilitating replacement tasks.
