    • An actuation system (1, 1') for a throttle system of a gas inlet, with which a gas instruction of an operator, which can be predefined by means of a manual operator control system, can be converted into a throttle position of the throttle system which determines the inlet volume flow of a gas into a gas space, is intended to permit the inlet gas stream to be throttled in a way which is kept particularly simple in terms of equipment and design and which promotes consumption which is particularly matched to demand, and is therefore low, and a high efficiency level of the internal combustion engine (50).
