摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an air duct assembly for a rotor of an electric machine and associated rotor and electric machine. The air duct assembly comprises a base plate arranged between core laminations of the rotor and comprising ventilation holes axially aligned with inlet channels of the rotor respectively; and a plurality of airflow guides axially protruding from a radial outer portion of an end surface of the base plate relative to the ventilation hole, the plurality of airflow guides comprising a plurality of first guiding members extending radially; and a plurality of second guiding members arranged between the first guiding member and the ventilation holes and radially spaced apart from the first guiding member by a predetermined distance. With the gap between the first guiding members and the second guiding members, the airflow guided by the air duct assembly is significantly improved so that heat can be taken away more effectively, and thus the cooling effect is improved. Furthermore, by replacing a whole stripe as used in conventional solutions with a two-member design according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the material for making the airflow guides, such as copper, can be significantly reduced, so that an improved cooling effect can be obtained at low cost.

摘要： A method of forming a ruthenium-containing film in a vapor deposition process, including depositing ruthenium with an assistive metal species that increases the rate and extent of ruthenium deposition in relation to deposition of ruthenium in the absence of such assistive metal species. An illustrative precursor composition useful for carrying out such method includes a ruthenium precursor and a strontium precursor in a solvent medium, wherein one of the ruthenium and strontium precursors includes a pendant functionality that coordinates with the central metal atom of the other precursor, so that ruthenium and strontium co-deposit with one another. The method permits incubation time for ruthenium deposition on non-metallic substrates to be very short, thereby accommodating very rapid film formation in processes such as atomic layer deposition.

摘要： Disclosed are an energy management system and a method for hybrid electric vehicle. The system comprises: a load forecast system and a vehicle management system. The load forecast system is configured to receive input information and carry out a learning on the input information to obtain a future load level. The vehicle management system is configured to receive the future load level from the load forecasting system, determine an optimal future power output based on the future load level, a state of charge of a battery and a vehicle speed, and coordinate operation of an engine, a generator and the battery of the hybrid electric vehicle based on the optimal future output power. The energy management strategy of the present invention realizes an optimal energy management for a hybrid electric vehicle, only using information provided by the vehicle itself. Moreover, the present invention balances the goals of fuel economy while always meeting demand power and maintaining the functionality of the battery system.

摘要： Phase change memory (PCM) device structures are described, in which the phase change material is seamless, thereby obviating void issues that are associated with decreased device performance. Such PCM device structures can be readily formed by a trench technique in which phase change material is conformally deposited on trench side wall and bottom surfaces, followed by removal of the phase change material from the bottom surface, deposition of a dielectric passivation layer and thereafter oxide and/or nitride material, followed by CMP to remove dielectric and oxide/nitride material, and expose top surfaces of the phase change material. A top electrode then is formed in contact with the exposed top surfaces of the phase change material to provide a top electrode/PCM device structure including the seamless PCM material.

摘要： Disclosed is an independent suspension steering system (100) for steering a vehicle wheel (111), comprising a rotational shaft (90), a wheel carrier (99), an upper control arm (50) and a lower control arm (60), and an in-wheel motor (40) mounted to the wheel carrier (99). A first end of the upper control arm (50) and a first end of the lower control arm (60) are connected to an upper end and a lower end of the rotational shaft (90), respectively, at a pair of first connections (20,20'), and a second end of the upper control arm (50) and a second end of the lower control arm (60) are connected to the wheel carrier (99), respectively, at a pair of second connections (21,21'). The pair of the first connections defines a steering axis (101) and the pair of the second connections defines a king pin axis (102). The king pin axis (102) is separated from the steering axis (101) and configured to define a motion trace of the vehicle wheel (111). The independent suspension steering system (100) can realize a -90~ -+90~ large-steering-angle without needing any interference between the wheel (111) and the control arms (50,60).
