    • The present invention provides an electronic vessel guide method and system for a harbor and a narrow channel, in which navigation information integrated at a ground control center, such as information reported from vessels sailing within a control area, weather information, conditions of the sea, construction status, vessel density, and the like, is correctly and promptly transferred to the vessels sailing in the control area, thereby promoting safety of the vessels sailing in the harbor or the narrow channel. In the electronic vessel guide method for a harbor and a narrow channel according to the present invention, a control server (20) installed at the control center for controlling navigation of vessels in the harbor and the narrow channel processes navigation information for vessels sailing within a control area of the control center, converts a screen displayed on a monitor of the control center into an image, forms the image as a navigation information database, and transmits the navigation information database to the control area, so that a vessel terminal may receive the navigation information database and view the received navigation information database as an image through a monitor. For this purpose, the electronic vessel guide system for a harbor and a narrow channel comprises the control server (20) and a vessel terminal (50). The control server (20) processes navigation information of vessels sailing in a control area of a control center and displays the navigation information on a monitor, and has a transmission database generation program (26) for converting a screen displayed on the monitor into an image and forming the image a navigation information database. The vessel terminal (50) has a receive database processing program (52) for receiving the navigation information database and displaying the navigation information database as an image on a monitor.

    • A device for raising and lowering an adapter.
