    • The present invention relates to a method for predicting a risk of chronic myeloid leukemia, and a diagnosis kit using same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing chronic myeloid leukemia, comprising at least one gene selected from the group consisting of MTHFD1L, AKAP12, ZBTB2, RMND1, C6orf211, C6orf97, ESR1, WSB1, FAM27L, FLJ33360, and EBF1, and a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) positioned in a transcriptional regulation region or a sequence complementary thereto, and a diagnosis kit using the composition. The risk of developing chronic myeloid leukemia can be effectively predicted or diagnosed using a gene correlated with chronic myeloid leukemia and an SNP marker according to the present invention. Further, the present invention can be applied to the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia and studies on the development of drugs.

    • Disclosed is a communication method in an IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN environment. The communication method in a station of an IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN environment according to the present invention comprises the steps of: in the event traffic targeting another station as a destination is generated in the station, negotiating with another station for directly establishing a link to a secondary channel which is a wireless channel other than the basic service set (BSS) channel used for communication with an access point (AP); if the negotiation has succeeded, and the link to the secondary channel is to be directly established, switching the operating channel of the station from the BSS channel to the secondary channel; and transmitting data of the generated traffic to said other station through the secondary channel. The above-described method of the present invention enables communication to be conducted between the station and the AP, and the direct establishment of links between stations using multiple channels in an IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN environment.
