The fume-removing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a main body that is separable into an upper part and a lower part; a rack arranged in the upper part of the body so as to accommodate wafers; an air curtain arranged in the upper part of the body to clean the wafer being mounted on the rack; an intake member for suctioning the fumes from the wafer mounted on the rack; and an exhaust member for exhausting the suctioned fumes. According to the present invention, fumes remaining in a substrate during a process are removed to minimize damage to wafers and devices being used in the process, thereby increasing process throughput.
