    • A robotic cellular phone is disclosed. The robotic cellular phone includes a self-environmental recognition function part, a mobility function part, and an emotion function part. The self-environmental recognition function part is for recognizing an external environment by a photo sensor for a sensing luminosity of a surrounding device; a temperature sensor for sensing temperatures of the surrounding device; and a touch sensor for sensing a touch between a human and the surrounding device. The mobility function part is for moving the antenna to an optimum location to increase a sending or receiving signal sensitivity and for opening and closing a folder by using a plurality of wheels formed on a part of rechargeable battery. The emotion function part is for identifying a sender by comparing data between sender telephone information included a receiving signal and a telephone data stored in an internal memory; and for making a different vibration according to an emotional pattern by modeling a frequency of a vibrator based on a major or minor key harmony or for spraying perfume through a micro-nozzle.

A user key signal provided by a user input unit such as a joy stick is input to the main body of the gaming device via the interface board such that the interface board can control output of the user key signal. The multi CD video game converting interface board includes a power resetting unit in mechanically contact with a power reset switch of the gaming device, which resets power of the video gaming device when a video game is ended to initialize the screen of the video gaming device. The multi CD video game converting interface board allows a user to set a game play mode including a time mode that restricts the use of the gaming device based on time and an ability mode that restricts the use of the gaming device based on user’s ability to play a game.

    • Proper representation of the meaning of texts is crucial to enhancing many data mining and information retrieval tasks, including clustering, computing semantic relatedness between texts, and searching. Representing of texts in the concept-space derived from Wikipedia has received growing attention recently, due to its comprehensiveness and expertise. This concept-based representation is capable of extracting semantic relatedness between texts that cannot be deduced with the bag of words model. A key obstacle, however, for using Wikipedia as a semantic interpreter is that the sheer size of the concepts derived from Wikipedia makes it hard to efficiently map texts into concept-space. An efficient algorithm is proved which is able to represent the meaning of a text by using the concepts that best match it. In particular, this approach first computes the approximate top- concepts that are most relevant to the given text. These concepts are then leverage to represent the meaning of the given text.

    • The present invention relates to a method for preparing aseptic packaged instant wet scorched rice, which mixes roasted rice, polished rice, and dried scorched rice, sterilizes the mixture, and adds a concentrate extracted from roasted rice, a polygonatum concentrate, and rice cooking water with a rice starch to the mixture to produce wet scorched rice. Further, the flavor of the roasted rice and the scorched rice is diffused to maximize the unique flavor of the scorched rice. The starch of the scorched rice is eluted to the rice cooking water to provide a predetermined turbidity and to enrich the flavor of the scorched rice. The scorched rice of the present invention is well softened, and has the unique texture of scorched rice. Therefore, the scorched rice of the present invention has a superior quality rivaling that of homemade scorched rice, and can be preserved over a long period of time.
