摘要： This invention consists in a method of repairing a broken wire on a wire cut electric spark machine in which a wire broken on a cutting path during electric spark cutting process is repaired and the repaired wire is returned to the position at which the wire was broken. After connecting (S1) the ends of the broken wire, a discharge state in which electric discharge current is smaller than that at the time of machining the wire is selected (S2, S3) and the wire is returned to the position at which the wire was broken along the cutting path (S4, S5, S6). With the broken wire returned to the initial position in a discharge state that electric discharge current is smaller than that during machining, another process is applied to the distorted work so as to correct distortion and chips can be removed by electric discharge. Thus, the wire is prevented from being broken again and can be quickly returned to the position of the wire breakage.

摘要： Disclosed is a light-emitting device (1) comprising a light-emitting layer (2) containing a phosphor and at least two electrodes (6, 7). The light-emitting device (1) also comprises at least two electrically insulating layers (2, 9) having different dielectric constants, and one of the electrically insulating layers (2, 9) is the light-emitting layer (2). Either one of the electrodes (6, 7) is formed in contact with one of the insulating layers. Consequently, a light-emitting device which is capable of emitting a light by utilizing surface discharge can be produced at low cost. The light-emitting device has a good luminous efficiency, and the power consumption can be low when a large-screen display is produced using this light-emitting device.

Since the material is not pressed while it is soft, i.e., when the cooling of the material is started, deformation, such as flattening does not occur on even a hollow material, such as a pipe.
