摘要： The present invention relates to a cutting tool insert for machining by chip removal comprising a body of a hard alloy of cemented carbide, cermet, ceramics, cubic boron nitride based material or high speed steel, onto which a hard and wear resistant coating is deposited by physical vapour deposition (PVD). Said coating comprises a polycrystalline nanolaminated structure of alternating layers A and B where layer A is (Ti,Al,Me1)N and Me1 is optionally one or more of the metal elements from group 3, 4, 5 or 6 in the periodic table, layer B is (Ti,Si,Me2)N and Me2 is optionally one or more of the metal elements from group 3, 4, 5 or 6 in the periodic table including Al with a thickness between 0.5 and 20 um and method of making the same. This insert is particularly useful in metal cutting applications generating high temperatures with im-proved edge integrity, e.g., machining of super alloys, stainless steels and hardened steels.

摘要： Methods are provided for the detection of P-selectin associated with eosinophils and for the use of P-selectin as a biological marker for asthma. In one embodiment, the present invention relates to methods for detecting P-selectin in a sample containing eosinophils and quantifying the total number of eosinophils. In another embodiment, the present invention relates a method for determining the proportion of eosinophils that are P-selectin positive and positive for at least partially activated β-1 integrin. In yet another embodiment, the present invention relates to kits for the detection of P-selectin and for the detection of eosinophils that are both P-selectin positive and positive for at least partially activated β-1 integrin. In still yet another embodiment, the invention relates to a method for monitoring a biological condition.

摘要： A method for treatment of sludge is disclosed, wherein the sludge has a liquid part and metal-containing particles intermixed therein. The particles comprise metal, metal oxide or metal hydroxide and the method comprises the following steps: atomising the sludge; supplying the atomised sludge to a flame of a burner provided in a furnace; bringing the liquid part of the sludge to vaporise by means of the flame while maintaining said flame by means of a separate fuel supply; and bringing at least part of the metal-containing particles to melt by means of the flame. This provides an efficient method for taking care of waste material from plants in the steel or petrochemical industry, for example.

The module test patterns (MTM) are converted by means of these transmission functions into component test patterns (BTM) which can then be applied to the leads of the components. Access to the leads of the modules (MD) is no longer necessary. The modules (MD) are circuits, e.g., adders or multipliers, etc., for which test patterns are already available. The networks followed by the connecting paths between the leads of the components and leads of the modules consist of circuit elements which do not falsify the logic of the signals to the leads of the components during transit to the leads of the modules.
