摘要： A heat-sensitive recording material having a support and, formed thereon, a heat-sensitive recording layer containing an electron-donating colorless dye and an electron-accepting compound, wherein the electron-accepting compound is represented by the formula: R -Ph-SO2R wherein R is a hydroxyl group or an alkyl group, R is -Ph, -NH-Ph, -Ph-OR , or -NH-CO-NH-Ph, R is an alkyl group, and Ph represents a(substituted) phenyl group, and wherein it satisfies any one of the following requirements: that the remaining percentage of the concentration of a printed portion thereof after the irradiation under a specific condition is 80 % or more, that the electron-accepting compound has a particle diameter of 1.0 mum or less, a non-image portion has a whiteness of 75 to 90 %, and an image portion exhibits a reduction percentage of concentration when it is allowed to stand under a specific condition of 50 % or less, and that an image portion exhibits a reduction percentage of concentration when it is allowed to stand under a specific condition of 50 % or less and it contains a specific sensitizer; and also a heat-sensitive recording material, wherein an image portion exhibits a reduction percentage of concentration when it is allowed to stand under a specific condition of 50 % or less, and it exhibits an image concentration of 0.15 or less after it is contacted with a heat source of 70 ° C for 5 seconds.

摘要： Disclosed is a photosensitive film for forming permanent patterns of solder resist utilized as insulating films or protective films on printed wiring boards for example, that exhibits higher thermal resistance, higher surface hardness, and lower thermal expansion, and represents superior conformability to irregularities of substrate surface and less possibility of inferior adhesion of solder resist. The photosensitive film according to the present invention comprises a support, a cushion layer, and a photosensitive layer, in this order, wherein the photosensitive layer is formed of a photosensitive composition which comprises (A) a binder, (B) a polymerizable compound, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and (D) a filler, and the photosensitive film is utilized for forming a permanent pattern.
