摘要： A method of treating and regenerating a high-load and high-concentration wash waste liquid (50), which is discharged from a washing stage (20) and a rinsing stage, by vacuum distillation. In a washing method and a washing apparatus, a multitank-connected type rinsing tank unit (31) in which a plurality of tanks are connected so that a rinse liquid (32) is sent in order in a direction opposite to the direction in which a material to be washed is transferred is used. A wash waste liquid (50) discharged from a rinsing tank (31c) positioned at the most downstream side of the multitank-connected type rinsing tank unit (31) is vacuum distilled, and a condensate (54) obtained is recycled to a rinsing tank (31a) positioned at the most upstream side of the tank unit. The vacuum distillation is carried out in the presence of, for example, a silicone defoaming agent (61) or a silicone defoaming component. The vacuum distillation is also carried out as a wash waste liquid is allowed to flow down along a heated wall surface to form a film of the liquid thereon.

摘要： A cleaning method which comprises cleaning an object with a detergent prepared by compounding a basic detergent such as an organosilicon detergent or an isoparaffinic detergent with a detergency improver such as a surfactant or a hydrophilic solvent, rinsing the cleaned object with the basic detergent, and drying it with warm air or steam. Since the basic detergent can be recovered for reuse, the economic advantage of the use of a plurality of detergents is enhanced. Since the detergent comprises an organosilicon or isoparaffinic detergent and additives such as a surfactant or a hydrophilic solvent, it has degreasing and draining properties comparable to those of chlorofluorocarbon detergents and is harmless from the aspect of environmental pollution.

摘要： A method of draining-washing of an object to the surface of which water or aqueous detergent has stuck in a washing cistern using hydrophobic draining detergent. The hydrophobic draining detergent in the washing cistern is circulated between said cistern and the reserve tank and water mixed with said hydrophobic draining detergent is removed by a concentration type filter disposed in the circulation passage. As a concentration type filter, mainly a hydrophobic filter is used. Draining-washing is conducted while hydrophobic draining detergent only is returned to the washing cistern after removal of the water. As a result, a concentration of water in hydrophobic draining detergent contained in the washing cistern can constantly be kept below a certain fixed value.

摘要： A cleaning agent which can substitute for chlorofluorocarbon or chlorinated solvents, a method of cleaning therewith, and equipment therefor. In particular, a method of cleaning electronics parts such as printed boards or mounted parts or metallic parts which makes it possible to remove various contaminants from the parts and dry the same to the extent comparative to that of the method of cleaning with chlorofluorocarbon or chlorinated solvents, and a cleaning agent and equipment therefor. Examples of the cleaning agent include polar cleaning agents with a solubility parameter of 9 or above or a permittivity of 4 or above, mixtures thereof with other cleaning agents with a solubility parameter of less than 9 and a permittivity of less than 4, and cleaning agents containing as the active ingredient an azeotropic or pseudoazeotropic composition containing a low-molecular-weight siloxane compound. The cleaning method is characterized by comprising at least one step selected from the group consisting of the step of cleaning the object with a polar cleaning agent having a solubility parameter of 9 or above or a permittivity of 4 or above, the step of rinsing the object with a mixture of the above polar cleaning agent with another cleaning agent having a solubility parameter of less than 9 and a permittivity of less than 4, and the drying step.

摘要： A detergent composition comprising at least one low-molecular polyorganosiloxane selected from among straight-chain polydiorganosiloxanes represented by general formula (I), wherein R1 groups may be the same or different from each other and each represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent organic group and l is an integer of 0 to 5, and cyclic polydiorganosiloxanes represented by general formula (II), wherein R1 groups may be the same or different from each other and each represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent organic group and m is an integer of 3 to 7. For use as a water-base detergent, it further comprises a polyoxyalkylene-containing polyorganosiloxane, a surfactant and water. It is thus possible to obtain a good dispersion as a watery system free from environmental destruction and environmental pollution and a detergency comparable to that of a fluorocarbon detergent. For use as a draining detergent, it comprises the above low-molecular polyorganosiloxane, alone or together with a surfactant and/or a hydrophilic solvent. It is thus possible to obtain an effect of washing and water replacement comparable to that of a fluorocarbon detergent, etc. and safety for the environment.
