摘要： An interface device comprising: an airtight receptacle, a movable filling within the airtight receptacle, a port attached to the airtight receptacle to allow the receptacle to be pressurised, evacuated or sealed, wherein the interface device is formed from multiple layers having varying flexible properties in different zones, and a hand pump comprising a main chamber with a piston arranged to cause air to flow in and out of the main chamber, a valve unit, and a rotatable mode control unit comprising a main port for attachment to a device that is to be inflated, the mode control unit operable with the valve unit to switch the pump between one of three modes, wherein in a first mode reciprocal movement of the piston causes air to flow out of the main port, in a second mode reciprocal movement of the piston causes air to flow in through the main port and in a third mode the main port is sealed.

摘要： A window stay for the hinged mounting of a window sash and a window frame. The window stay comprises a frame mounting plate (10), a sash mounting plate (11) and an arm (12), the plate (11) being pivotally coupled to a carriage (16) slidingly engaged with the frame mounting plate (10). The arm (12) is pivotally coupled to a mounting (17) which is releasably mountable to the frame mounting plate (10) after the sash mounting plate (11) has been installed on a window sash. The mounting (17) includes a spine (31) which engages in a guide (21) with which the carriage (16) is slidingly engaged. The mounting (17) also includes a finger (29) which is engaged against longitudinal movement on the frame mounting plate (10).

摘要： A window stay for the adjustable mounting of a window sash in a window frame. The stay comprises a frame mounting plate (10) and a sash mounting plate (11) which are coupled by a short arm (12) and a long arm (13) joined to the mounting plates via pivot joints (14). The open position of the stay is defined by a stop (30) which engages with edge (31) of short arm (12). The stop (30) exhibits a degree of flexibility as it is contacted by the arm (12) to thereby provide an energy absorbing function. A roller (22) is mounted with a pad (17) and engages with the short arm (12) as arm (12) moves to a fully closed position defined by at least edge (19) contacting an upstand (18) of the pad (17).
