    • An apparatus for preparing a concentrate of coagulation factors, such as fibrinogen, from a blood sample, comprises a first chamber (14) for collection and separation of said blood sample so as to separate a plasma fraction, and a second chamber (15) for collection of said plasma fraction through a tubing member (22, 30) and a valve (24) and for precipitation of said concentrate. The apparatus comprises furthermore a removable syringe (36) for receiving the concentrate from the second chamber (15) through a tubing member (32).
