摘要： The present invention relates to the use of an additive as well as a process to improve the adhesion of a mortar to a building substrate, wherein the mortar is mixed with said additive and is applied to a building substrate selected from the group of polystyrene-containing substrates, polyolefin-containing substrates or polyvinyl chloride-containing substrates, the additive containing (i) a plasticizer that is liquid at 50°C or lower, has a boiling point of 100°C or higher, and that has a solubility parameter d at 25°C between 22.5 MPa1/2 and 11 MPa1/2; (ii) optionally, a filler that has a BET surface area of at least 40 m2/g; (iii) optionally, a biopolymer; (iv) optionally, a protective colloid; and (v) optionally, a water-insoluble film-forming (co)polymer based on ethylenically unsaturated monomers. The invention also covers an additive and a kit of parts suitable for use in the above process.

摘要： The present invention pertains to a water-redispersible polymer powder composition based on at least one synthetic polymer and at least one natural latex. Preferably, the polymer powder contains up to about 90 wt.% of at least one water- insoluble, synthetic polymer, up to about 90 wt.% of least one natural latex, about 0 to 50 wt.% of at least one protective colloid, about 2 to 50 wt.% of at least one filler and/or anti-caking agent, as well as optionally further additives. In addition, the invention pertains to a process for the preparation of the polymer powder composition, the use thereof as an additive in building material compositions, as well as building material compositions containing the polymer powder composition.

摘要： The present invention pertains to a water-redispersible polymer powder based on at least one modified natural latex. The modified natural latex can be obtained by mixing natural latex with at least one radical initiator and/or oxidising agent, by mixing and reacting natural latex with at least one olefinically unsaturated monomer and with at least one radical initiator, and/or by mixing natural latex with at least one filler. Preferably, the polymer powder contains up to about 95 wt.% of least one natural latex, about 0 to 50 wt.% of at least one protective colloid, about 2 to 70 wt.% of at least one filler and/or anti-caking agent, as well as optionally further additives. In addition, the invention pertains to a process for the preparation of the polymer powder, the use thereof as an additive in building material compositions, as well as building material compositions containing the polymer powder.

摘要： The invention relates to an adhesive composition which is in one embodiment a free flowing, water-redispersible powder adhesive, comprising about 30 to 99.9 wt.-% of at least one water-insoluble, film-forming polymer and/ or at least one water-soluble polymer in powder form, about 0.1 to 35 wt-% of at least one polyalkylene polyamine with a molecular weight of between about 300 and 10'000'000 and up to about 35 wt- % of at least one water-soluble salt. In another embodiment, the adhesive composition is a water-based adhesive composition, comprising, based on the solids content of the adhesive about 30 to 99.4 wt.-%, of at least one aqueous dispersion of a water- insoluble, film-forming polymer and at least one water-soluble polymer, wherein the weight ratio of the water-insoluble to the water-soluble polymer is from about 0.001 : 1 to 100 : 1, about 0.1 to 35 wt.-%, of at least one polyalkylene polyamine with a molecular weight of between about 300 and 10'000'000, and about 0.5 to 35 wt.-% of at least one water-soluble salt, whereas the solids content of the water-based adhesive composition is between about 5 and 70 wt.-%. The processes to manufacture the same and the uses are described as well. The inventive adhesive composition is cost effective and provides excellent adhesion, in particular to difficult to bond substrates.
