摘要： A conical disk type flexible drive mechanism consisting of an input and output conical disk pair, containing a shaft, a single-piece or multi-piece fixed disk, a travel disk connected in a rotationally fixed and axially displaceable manner to the shaft, a support ring which is fixed to the shaft at a distance from the rear side of the travel disk such that it cannot be displaced axially, and at least one pressure chamber which is formed between the support ring and the rear side of the travel disk and which is provided with a hydraulic pressure medium by means of one or several ducts formed in the shaft leading into a peripheral surface of the shaft, whereby the pressure thereof can be modified in order to displace the travel disk. An end area of an inner surface of the travel disk guided on the shaft at a maximum distance from the fixed disk acts as an opening for the duct and ensures a hydraulic medium connection between the duct and the pressure chamber essentially by means of leakage gaps between the inner surface of the travel disk and the outer surface of the shaft.

摘要： The invention relates to a method of producing a rocker pressure piece for a flat link chain, especially a CVT chain, according to which a shaped wire is cambered along at least one defined section in the longitudinal direction and is then separated in this section. Said device comprises a housing having a lower housing half as the female mold and an upper housing half for guiding at least one coining die for embossing the shaped wire. The invention also relates to a rocker pressure piece of a chain rocker joint for a flat-link chain, especially a CVT chain, which extends through a recess of a link of the flat link chain, back surfaces of the rocker pressure pieces of a pair of rocker pressure pieces facing away from each other having contact surfaces for contacting the inner edge of the recess and rolling surfaces being provided on the faces of the rocker pressure pieces of a pair of rocker pressure pieces facing each other. According to the invention, at least the rolling surfaces of every rocker pressure piece are cambered.

摘要： Ein Kegelscheibenumschlingungsgetriebe mit einem antriebseitigen und einem abtriebseitigen Kegelscheibenpaar enthält eine Welle, eine ein- oder mehrteilig ausgebildete Festscheibe, eine mit der Welle drehfest und axial verschiebbar verbundene Wegscheibe, einen im Abstand von einer Rückseite der Wegscheibe an der Welle axial unverschiebbar befestigten Stützring, wenigstens eine zwischen dem Stützring und der Rückseite der Wegscheibe ausgebildete Druckkammer, die über einen oder mehrere in eine Umfangsfläche der Welle mündenden, in der Welle ausgebildeten Durchlass mit Hydraulikdruckmittel versorgt wird, dessen Druck zur Verschiebung der Wegscheibe veränderbar ist. Ein Endbereich einer an der Welle geführten Innenfläche der Wegscheibe überfährt bei deren maximaler Entfernung von der Festscheibe die Mündung des Durchlasses und die Hydraulikmittelverbindung zwischen dem Durchlass und der Druckkammer erfolgt dann im Wesentlichen über Leckspalte zwischen der Innenfläche der Wegscheibe und der Außenfläche der Welle.
