摘要： An induction coil (2) with a shielding (8) and a mica plate (3) are arranged in a cavity milled underneath a kitchen stone platform (1) by means of a heat-resistant sealing compound (4) for stabilising the stone. A stone inlet (5) stabilises this arrangement and terminates it at its lower side. Metallic fittings (6, 11) and (12) or a carbon-fibre fitting (17) embedded in the stone compensate for stresses in the stone due to temperature changes. A child-protecting hoop (14) is fastened to the prolonged washer (12) below the stone plate. Spacers (7) mark the position of the hot plate (cooking plate) on the surface of the worktop and thermally insulate it with air. Since only a low amount of heat dissipates through the worktop (1), temperature sensors (13) may be used without danger and a programme-controlled heat supply becomes possible. For that purpose, an A/D converter (16) transmits the signal from the temperature sensor to a computer (15) which in turn regulates the energy supply to the induction coil by means of a commercially available controller. Cooking on the hot plate may thus be monitored in an automatic manner by means of a commercially available computer (15), so that computer-controlled recipes may be prepared and electronic cooking books may be produced and made available on the market on electronic data carriers.
