    • Machine for curing raw tire carcasses, comprising a structure with a horizontal lower crown (1) and a horizontal upper crown (2) between which more vertical sectors (3) can be radially moved with respect to said crowns (1) and (2). The sectors (3) exhibit an inner side whose surface is engraved for moulding a tread design on the tire carcasses introduced in the machine. The sectors (3) are united to each other by means of a body (15) whose external surface delimits a first annular chamber (A) in cooperation with an external skirt (4) and the crowns (1, 2). The body (15) exhibits surfaces (16, 17U, 17L) which delimit a second annular chamber (B) extending at least partially between the said first chamber (A) and the said central zone (C). The chambers (A) and (B) are connected with pressuring/de- pressuring means (PS) whose coordinated action on the body (15) which connects the sectors (3) determines the centrifugal or centripetal motion of the same sectors (3) in function of the pressure difference resulting between the cambers (A) and (B).
