摘要： According to implementations of the subject matter described herein, there is provided a speed reducer and a robot. The speed reducer comprises: a cavity; an input member rotated by a motor; and a disc operating as an output member of the speed reducer and configured to seal the cavity, the disc comprising: a boss arranged on an inner surface of the disc facing the cavity and extending towards the cavity; and a first hole extending along the length of the boss and through the disc so as to release an air pressure inside the cavity to an ambient environment. The speed reducer can reduce the air pressure in the cavity and thus prevent the leakage of the grease of the cavity. According to implementations of the subject matter described herein, a robot equipped with the speed reducer is provided as well.

With the pressure relief component (100) comprising the gas-permeable film (101) and the fixing member (102), during the operation of a gearbox (200), gas within the internal chamber (201) can pass through the gas-permeable film (101) and escape to the external environment. In this way, the pressure within the internal chamber (201) can be maintained at a relatively low level. This ensures the sealing system of the gearbox (200) works within a safe pressure range, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the sealing system and improving the reliability of the gearbox (200).The disclosure also provides a gearbox (200) and a robot.

摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a sealing component, a gearbox and a robot. The sealing component comprises a base ring arranged in an internal chamber of the gearbox adjacent to a bearing for supporting a main shaft of the gearbox, the base ring coupled to the main shaft to rotate with the main shaft; and at least one stirring member radially protruding from a periphery of the base ring and each comprising a pair of inclined stirring surfaces inclined in opposite directions, so that a circumferential distance between the pair of inclined stirring surfaces is gradually reduced in an axial direction away from the bearing. With the pair of inclined stirring surfaces, during the operation of the gearbox, the lubricant trapped between the end part and the main shaft can be pushed out to re -participate in the lubricating and cooling of other components, thereby increasing the utilization rate of the lubricant. In addition, the assembling complexity of the gearbox can be reduced due to the absence of the dynamic seal. Furthermore, the pressure in the internal chamber may be reduced and thus the sealing performance of the gearbox may be further improved.

The low speed output part (3) and the high speed input part (4) are filled with a lubricant. The input shaft (41) comprises a channel (42) communicating the internal space (5) and an external environment. The blocking film (6) is arranged on the input shaft (41) to block the channel (42) and is permeable to air and non-permeable to the lubricant．In this way, the influence of the lubricant on the vent capability of the film could be reduced, such that the internal pressure could be released in time. An industrial robot comprising this reducer (100) is also provided.
