    • A system (10, 10', 10") is disclosed. The system (10, 10', 10") includes a fluid reservoir (12) containing a volume of fluid (VF), a bell housing (14) that forms a chamber (34), a workpiece (W) having a first surface portion (W1) and a second surface portion (W2), and a pressure manipulating sub-system (16) in fluid communication with the chamber (34) of the bell housing (14). The bell housing (14) is arranged relative to the fluid reservoir (12) such that a lower end (42) of the bell housing (14) is at least partially submerged in the fluid (VF) thereby sealing the chamber (34) of the bell housing (14) from atmosphere (P). The bell housing (14) is arranged relative to the fluid reservoir (12) such that the second surface portion (W2) of the workpiece (W) is disposed within the chamber (34) of the bell housing (14) that is sealed from atmosphere (P). A method (100, 200, 300, 400) is also disclosed. An apparatus (10, 10', 10") is also disclosed.

    • An inflator apparatus (10, 100) for inflating more than one un-inflated tire-wheel assembly (TWU) is disclosed.
