The locking member (590) is also biased in a second radial direction opposite the first radial direction into a groove (537) in the retaining formation (544) to become positioned between a converging surface (541) on the retaining formation (544) and the cavity (574) upon further movement of the first member (522) into the receiving portion (570) of the second member (524), and may be progressively received in additional grooves (537) on the retaining formation (544) if the first member (522) is further inserted into the second member (524).
