    • Techniques for decoding repeated messages sent from a transmitter are improved with information obtained from the decoding of the first transmission and by augmenting Chase combining techniques with a voting-based combining method. In an example method, first encoded bits corresponding to a first instance of the repeated message and demodulated to obtain first soft bits, which are decoded to obtain first decoded bits. Second encoded bits corresponding to a second instance of the repeated message are demodulated to obtain second soft bits. The first decoded bits are re-encoded to obtain re-encoded bits. Sign values for modified soft bits are determined from sign values for the first soft bits, the sign values for the second soft bits, and the sign values for the re-encoded bits. The modified soft bits are combined with the first soft bits and decoded.

    • Example implementations relating to converting binary data, representative of either an executable code or a media file, into images are described. For example, techniques for converting the binary data include performing error detection encoding on the binary data to obtain encoded binary data and clustering the encoded binary data into multiple tuples, each tuple comprising 'n' number of bits, where 'n' is an integer. Thereafter, the 'n' number of bits of a tuple are segmented by an integer 'x' to obtain multiple bit sequence comprising 'n/x' number of bits, where 'n' is multiple of 'x' and each bit sequence is associated with a distinct colour. An image comprising 'x' number of sectors is then generated. Each sector corresponds to a bit sequence and includes a colour corresponding to the bit sequence. Thereafter, the image is printed on a printable medium.

    • A wireless communication system delays serviced data communications to produce a desired level of voice communications capacity. The system first determines whether the wirless communications system has sufficient voice communications capacity. If it is determined that the wireless communication system has insufficient voice communication capacity, the system determines a data communications delay that is required to provide sufficient voice communications capacity. Based upon its determination, the system then selectively delays some or all of the data communications to create the sufficient voice communications capacity. In one operation, one data communications (116) serviced by the wireless communication system is selectively delayed to create the sufficient voice communications capacity. In another operation, a plurality of data communications (116, 122, 130, 128, and 132) serviced by the wireless communication system are selectively delayed to create the sufficient voice communications capacity. When a plurality of data communications are being serviced by the wireless communication system, some of the plurality of the data communications are delayed by a first delay level and other of the data communications serviced are delayed by a second delay level.

    • Disclosed are hardenable compositions based on bifunctional or polyfunctional aromatic cyanates.
