摘要： Apparatus for automatically frying eggs, which comprises a rotatable egg magazine drum (2) installed over a stationary plate (6) provided with an opening (7) capable of enabling eggs to be discharged, one-at-a-time, into a conical funnel (8) with a partially spreadable apart wall (8a), a sliding planar means (11) under said funnel, bearing a horizontal shearing blade (11a) for shearing off the conical tip of each egg (5), rapid attraction means (13) opposite to, and counteracting, return springs (14) in order to command said sliding planar means (11) with its relevant shearing blade (11a) to perform reciprocating strokes in order to separate the conical tip of the egg from the remainder eggshell and drive to proper discharge means (24, 25) both said separated portions of eggshell, and means (17) to cause egg contents to fall into an underlying frying pan (20) positioned on a healing plate (19) or, alternatively, into an eggwhisk stirrer (26) and, from the latter, into the underlying frying pan (20). The apparatus is furthermore equipped with timers, sensors (10, 21) and block devices in order to enable the operating steps to be performed in proper sequence, and to signal the presence of eggs inside said egg magazine, as well as inside the frying pan.

摘要： Process for fast cooking filamentary alimentary "pastas" and the like, consisting in feeding high-temperature, pressurized water to a pre-cooking chamber (12) thermostatted by means of the same high-temperature water, feeding to said chamber, and by means of a metering feeder, a portion of raw "pasta" together with hot water, and keeping said "pasta" under such condition until said "pasta" is softened, feeding a further amount of hot water to said pre-cooking chamber in order to stir said softened "pasta", transferring said "pasta" to a thermostatted end-cooking chamber (23), and removing hot cooking water causing said hot water to circulate through a plurality of expansion chambers (33, 37) before being sent to a heat exchanger (6) associated with the water feed pipe (2). Fast-cooking apparatus suitable for practicing said process in an automatic way, in which the operating cycle is governed by a microprocessor, or the like.
