摘要： An air freshener package (110) for containing an air freshener and a fragrance emitting substance. The package has one compartment (111) for the air freshener unit and another sample compartment (116) forming a bubble for a separate sample of a fragraice. The air freshener unit and sample compartment (116) have a corresponding fragrance. The sample compartment forms a pressure responsive area on the package and is designed of a rupturable ventable material. The sample compartment can be deformed by firger pressure decreasing the volume of the compartment and thereby causing a scented air to exhaust to atmosphere through an opening. In an alternate embodiment, the pressure is sufficient to rupture a fragrance containing bead filled with gas or liquid which emits a fragranc which is released through a vent formed in the second sample compartment. The user can sample the product while the seal of the air freshener unit therein remains intact.

摘要： An air freshener filter insert for use with the air filter in a motor vehicle air conditioning, air ventilating systems. The air freshener filter insert is a strip of permeable material such as a mesh which may be formed having pockets spaced apart from one another longitudinally there along. The pockets contain a selected quantity of a solid particulate material impregnated with a time release substance of selected fragrance. A length portion of the air freshener strip is cut to match the length of a replacement air filter and then mounted on a face thereof. The combined unit is then installed in the vehicle ventilating system. Servicing of the air filter can readily be done at quick lub service stations.

摘要： An air freshener package for containing an air freshener and a fragrance emitting substance. The blister type package has one compartment for the air freshener unit and another sample compartment forming a bubble or blister for a separate sample of the scent emitting material. The air freshener unit and sample compartment have a corresponding fragrance. The sample compartment forms a pressure responsive selected area on the package and is designed of a rupturable ventable material. The sample compartment can be deformed by finger pressure decreasing the volume of the compartment and thereby causing a puff of scented air to exhaust to atmosphere through a discharger opening. In an alternate embodiment, the finger pressure is sufficient to rupture a fragrance containing bead filled with fragrance air or liquid which emits a fragrance which is released through a vent or a pin hole formed in the second sample compartment to the environment.. The user can sample the product while the integrity and seal of the air freshener unit and fragrance substance therein remains intact and fresh.
