    • Cleaning mop frames 20 structurally configured to provide a more even distribution of floor soil across a surface of a wiper 60 attached to such mop frames are provided. The mop frames 20 include a central body portion 22, a top surface 24, a bottom surface 26, opposed side edges 27a, 27b, and opposed front and rear edges 28, 29. The mop frame 20 may also include at least one retaining structure 50a, 50b configured to releasably attach a cleaning fabric 60 proximate to or adjacent to at least the bottom surface 26 of the mop frame 20. Cleaning implements including a mop frame 20, a yoke assembly 10, and a multi-pivoting hinge 4 attached to and connecting the mop frame 20 and the yoke assembly 10 are also provided. The multi-pivoting hinge 4 being configured to allow the yoke assembly 10 to selectively swing from a top surface 24 to a bottom surface 26 of the mop frame 20 or vice versa.
