    • Arrangement at gutters in roofs for slope to the sides of the gutters, which have outlets in the form of sinks and spouts. The object of the invention is to produce a gutter of the aforesaid kind, which renders it possible to assemble a gutter corresponding to the special roof requirements with respect to the number of sinks, overflows etc. and to provide a gutter, which can be repaired without therefore requiring the entire gutter to be dismantled. The invention further renders possible an accurate horizontal positioning irrespective of possible differences in height in the carrying structure or the roof. Differences in height in this context are to be understood to refer to the small variations possibly prevailing in height position from one truss to the other and lying within permissible construction tolerances. The invention further ensures by simple means the prevention of ice formation at the gutter edges. The invention implies that at least one section (1) at the outer edge of the roof (outer section) is provided with at least one sink (6) having its inlet in the same plane as the bottom (2) of the section, a first outflow (8) connected to a second sink (7), and a second overflow (10) of higher location connected to a spout (9).

    • Method and arrangement for heat conditioning completely or partly of a locality, where the construction of the house comprises elements of e.g. concrete having parallel channels through which air is passed. When warming or cooling of a building is performed by means of an air conditioning method the used air must be compensated regularly. The used air is ventilated from the locality in some way but the fact is that this air has been heated by machines, illuminations and peoples within the locality and the object of the invention is to make use of this heat in a better way than what is taught by the known art. It is known per se to heat exchange the fresh air with the used air in a conventional heat exchanger. The object of the invention is to operate with heat exchangers, which has greater masses and in which the accumulating effect can be used. According to the invention parts of the building will operate as regenerative heat exchangers and this is accomplished by that the used air during a certain period of time is passed from the locality with a given temperature and through channels (2) in elements (3) of the construction, whereby heat is transmitted to the elements, whereafter the air is passed out to the environment. During a second period of time fresh air is passed in the opposite direction from the environment into the locality and through said channels and these two types of periods are repeated regularly and regulated during 24-hour of time. The amount of air (air pressure) is simultaneously balanced within the locality.

    • Buildings, the roof structure of which, briefly, comprises roof trusses with relatively widely spaced relationship, between which self-supporting roof plates are laid. The roof plates are covered by a covering layer in such a manner that a gap is formed between the covering layer and the roof plates. The invention is particularly adapted for industrial buildings. The especially efficient feature is that air is passed in one or the other direction through a ventilation opening in the roof, through said gap (13) and through ducts (9) located in the roof plates. When the air is sucked in from the atmosphere through the ventilation opening and passes through the aforesaid means, the air is passed to an air conditioning unit (5) and to a distribution device (6) of some kind within the building in order to maintain a suitable temperature in the building. The air can also be led the inverted way and, thus, be taken up in the form of outdoor air by the air conditioning unit (5) and after its passage through the building be conducted away into the atmosphere through the roof structure by the ventilation opening.
