    • A toy vehicle includes toy vehicle body and a plurality of wheels rotatably mounted to the body for transporting the body across a surface. A smoke simulating apparatus is mounted at least partially within the body. The smoke simulating apparatus has a container for a powdered substance in a compact state. Movement of the toy vehicle agitates the container sufficiently for the powdered substance to fall through holes in a bottom end of the container and into a housing located beneath the container. An impeller is disposed sufficiently far within the housing so as to expel the powdered substance from the housing through an exit opening into a diffused state at an ambient temperature to create a smoky effect without heating.
